LibertyNET Office delivers thick- and thin-client support for the capture, management, and sharing of vital information including scanned images, electronic Microsoft Office files, and more. A typical LibertyNET Office installation consists of a small office, department, or a workgroup of 10 to 20 users.
LibertyNET Office 4 is a low cost document management system that enhances the scanning function for both MFPs and scanner devices, delivering simple, automatic electronic capture, storage, task automation and document retrieval. LibertyNET Office increases worker productivity by eliminating the tedious manual filing process, as well as addressing regulatory compliance, auditing and disaster recovery requirements.
LibertyNET Office 4 ships as an easy to understand electronic filing system that is analogous to the manual filing systems found in many offices. Hierarchically arranged as cabinets, drawers, and folders. Ten (10) Cabinets contain ten (10) drawers, and each of which can contain an unlimited number of folders and subfolders. The system is highly powerful and easy to administer. For example, the administrator uses a simple check box grid to restrict individual user access to cabinets and drawers. Once in the system, documents become searchable knowledge that can be viewed, printed, faxed or emailed. Users can quickly perform essential document management tasks such as indexing, full-text searching, annotation, auditing, optical character recognition, importing, document merging, media publishing, and more. |
